Reel Angels Networking Evenings
Who We Are:
Reel Angels have recently received support from the BFI Diversity Fund (which awards funds from The National Lottery). This has enabled us to deliver a series of networking events; to introduce potential employers to our current crew members, showcase the talent we represent with Q and A’s, develop partnerships in the local regions and to recruit more crew to join us.
We were established in 2010, we are the first of its kind: an agency specializing in representing female film and TV technical crews. We offer a resource to locate and hire crew. In order for the industry to assemble a diverse and more productive crew.
We have over 150 freelancers on our books across the UK, with bases in London and Manchester. These are the amongst the most highly skilled and sought after crew working in the industry from camera, lighting, sound and post production departments.
Our crew include DOPs, Camera Ops, Focus Pullers, Sound Recordists, Boom Ops, Gaffers, Best Boys, Editors and Sound Post Production etc. They have held key positions on numerous high end television projects including Game of Thrones and Downton Abbey as well as major movies like Star Wars, Gravity and World War Z to name but a few.
