What is Making Creativity Work?

Making Creativity Work a programme headed up by Bauer Academy and funded by the European Social Fund for individuals aged 19+ who are unemployed, to learn soft skills and become work-ready through indsutry-led training. 

The training covered includes soft skills such as CV and interview techniques, how to survive as a freelancer, how to find work and much more.

Creative Skillset  supported by Bauer and JPMorgan Chase Foundaiton is delivering a variety of  bootcamps addressing skills gaps and supporting new entrants and career changers into work and further training. 

Career Kickstarter recruitment day

Following the bootcamp individuals are invited to apply for live jobs that they can interview for on the day.

Some of the employers who had live jobs at the  latest Career Kickstarter day were Framestore, Frank & Lively, The Mill, The Farm, Blast Films and more.
