How to get your Hiive vacancy seen by the most relevant talent

Makes business sense...

You want a job. Or you have a job that you want somebody to take off your hands. Hiive's vacancies page is the place to get it done. If you're a regular user, you might have seen that Hiive already recommended jobs for you, and it's even easier when you use the filters in the vacancy sidebar. Select from pay grade, level of seniority, and of course, industry, skills and job role. It'll be updated regularly, so be sure to check back often.

If you've got a position to fill, and you want access to our community of creative professionals on Hiive, just get stuck in. Hopefully you've already got a company set up on Hiive, but if you haven't already, do that first.

Great. Let's go.

Unearthing relevant talent...

Start by adding the basics, job description and title, a nice big header image to attract cool people that like big header images, salary bracket and the other stuff. Decide how you want people to apply, and Hiive will even track your applications for you. How cool is that? once you're done, hit publish.

More cool tools for recruiters and employers will be available soon, and you guys will be the first to know. Our matching technology is probably the best in the world, so be sure to fill out as many details as you can to be matched to our talented and attractive users.

More to come...

Please remember that is still in development, so some functionality may not yet be in place, or might not work as expected. To shape the development of Hiive, and help us out, you can get in touch with the Contact Us section of the site, or join the Hiive Bug Report swarm.
